Public offer agreement

1. General terms
This document is an offer by Individual Entrepreneur Rodion Robertovich Samigullin to provide an automated ECU firmware file preparation service. The current service name, description and fixed price are shown on the order page.

2. Order placement
The Customer selects the ECU, uploads an original file they are entitled to use, provides an email address and selects a solution actually available in the module. The server checks compatibility and prepares the result before payment. The agreement is concluded when payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery
After payment, the Customer receives a personal link to download the prepared file. The service does not include physical programming of a vehicle. ECU checksums in a modified file are not recalculated and must be handled by a compatible flashing tool.

4. Customer obligations
The Customer confirms their right to use the uploaded file, is responsible for selecting the correct vehicle and ECU, keeps a backup of the original file and follows manufacturer requirements and applicable law when using the result.

5. Support
For order questions, the Customer contacts the service using the details published on the website and provides the email address and order number. Cancellation and refund requests are considered with regard to whether and how the digital service has already been performed.
