When you upload your own file, part of the identification and solution matching is automatic. When buying a ready file, the technician remains responsible for correctly matching every identifier.

Yes. STOCK / ORI is a separate paid product published alongside ECO, TUN and ECO + TUN. Availability and price are shown in the solution card.

Verify the vehicle, ECU, format and every identifier. Programming STOCK or replacing an ECU may require key pairing, VIN and chassis-number programming, configuration coding and other dealer-level procedures.

Contact us by WhatsApp or email. Include vehicle make and model, ECU type, software identifiers and reading method. A technician may ask for the read file.

Yes. Save and verify a backup before every write. A catalogue STOCK file with matching identifiers may help if the original is lost, but even an exact match cannot guarantee restoration of the previous vehicle state; coding or adaptations may still be required.

Check the card and identifiers before payment. Once digital access is supplied, returns and exchanges are unavailable except where required by law. If a technical error is confirmed with the correct ECU and matching identifiers, support will inspect and, where needed, manually correct the same file within the purchased solution. This is not an exchange for another vehicle, ECU, software version or feature set.

A MOD file marked no_cs has not had ECU checksums recalculated. A compatible flashing tool must handle them correctly during programming.
